ADD SALT IN YOUR SHAMPOO BEFORE SHOWERING TO SOLVE ONE OF THE BIGGEST HAIR PROBLEMS

Our hair is a reflection of our beauty and because of that most of us spend tons of money on its maintenance, buying expensive shampoos and various hair products that offer a healthy and shiny hair.

However, no need to spend such amount of money when you have the best product already in your home. It is cheap, easily available and most likely in your kitchen. We are talking about the simple salt.

This natural ingredient is an effective product when your hair is concerned, its use will make it stronger, and clean your scalp form dandruff and fat. In addition to this it will exfoliate the skin and stimulate hair growth. Overall it will improve the health of your hair and scalp.

Let us specify each benefit that salt can bring to your hair.

USE SALT FOR HAIR:
1. Prevents Excess of Oil

If you deal with greasy and oily hair, salt is the right solution for you. Salt can control the excessively active sebaceous glands on the scalp, which produce too much oil. Simply, add 2 or 3 tablespoons in the shampoo you usually use and wash your hair with it. The results will be visible after the first few treatments.

2. Anti-dandruff treatment

Dandruff is a layer formed on the scalp form small pieces of dead skin cells. Salt can stimulate circulation and eliminate dandruff flakes, protecting your scalp from fungal growth. You need to divide your hair into sections and sprinkle 1-2 tsp of salt on the scalp, massaging it gently with wet fingers for 10 minutes. Wash it off as usual.

3. Hair growth

Salt is extremely beneficial for the hair growth. It prevents and stops hair loss and stimulate the growth of new hair. You should wash your hair as usual and then, massage your wet scalp with sea salt for 10 – 15 minutes. Then, wash your hair again. Repeat this procedure twice a week for 2 months.

USE SALT FOR SKIN:
1. Softening body scrub
make a combination of coarse sea salt and 2 tsp of coconut oil. Mix them well and use it to scrub your body gently in a circular motion to eliminate dead skin cells. Wash your body with a shower gel once you are done scrubbing.

2. Face toner
sea salt will penetrate into your skin pores deeply and clean them. Moreover, it will control the production of oil and fight bacteria to prevent acne. Mix 1 tsp of sea salt and 4 oz. of water (warm) and pour it into a spray bottle. Spray it on clean and dry skin 1-2 times daily and avoid the area around your eyes

3. Face mask
for sensitive and easily irritable skin try this mask to soothe your skin and prevent irritations. It will help you keep oil secretion under control and hydrate the areas of dry skin. Mix 2 tbsp. of sea salt and 4 tsp of raw honey, apply it on dry and clean skin, avoid the area around your eyes, and let it act for 10-15 minutes. Finally, rinse it off with warm water.
