Easy Southern Potato Salad

Embark on a culinary journey through the heart of the South with this iconic Easy Southern Potato Salad recipe. Immerse yourself in the traditions and flavors that define Southern cooking.

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Russet Potatoes 3 pounds
Mayonnaise 1 cup (adjust to taste)
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard ¼ cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Sweet Pickles ½ cup
Chopped Celery 1 stalk
Vidalia Onion, Chopped 1 medium
Hard-Boiled Eggs, Cut into Pieces 4 large
Instructions:
Prepare Potatoes:
1. Fill a large pot with water and add the russet potatoes.
Bring the pot to a boil and cook the potatoes until tender enough for a knife to go through easily.
2. Shock and Cool Potatoes:
Once fully cooked, remove the potatoes from heat and add them to an ice bath to shock and cool.
Peel off the skin and cut the potatoes into large chunks.
3. Make the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
4. Combine Ingredients:
Pour the dressing mixture over the potatoes.
Add sweet pickles, chopped celery, Vidalia onion, and the hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.
5. Season and Mix:
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
