Singer Susan Boyle nearly unrecognisable as she’s spotted in iconic Irish hotel

Former Britain’s Got Talent star Susan Boyle has been enjoying some time away in Ireland.

The 61-year-old, who became a household name after singing on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, was seen at the Knock House Hotel in Mayo in the West of Ireland.

The Scottish native took photos with excited locals in the area before the hotel posted on their social media that Susan was a guest, The Mirror reported.

Their official Facebook page shared some images of Susan smiling alongside some local residents.

The caption reads: “It was our pleasure to welcome Susan Boyle back to Knock House again recently.

“Susan is a fabulous Lady and we always love to see her return time and time again to Knock House Hotel. Pictured here with the lovely Des Dugan from the team at Senior Times LIVE.”

Fans took to the comments to share their feelings on missing out on seeing the Scottish singer.

“OMG, this is literally down the road from me. RAGING that I missed getting a picture with Subo,” one fan wrote.

“Great picture. Susan your voice is beautiful. Nice to see you enjoying your time in Knock Hotel,” another said.

One more added that Susan is always welcome in Ireland.

Boyle also previously revealed that she has a large Irish family, with many relatives residing in the country.

“I was up visiting people in Donegal, I’ve got a few cousins up there on my mother’s side, the McLoughlins,” she previously revealed.
