The father of two children was praised by people around the world for what he did in a supermarket

It all happened in Australia. It was a normal day, and Ryan O’Donnell and his two children went to a grocery store to shop.

Ryan didn’t even suspect what was going to happen in the supermarket that day.

After shopping, Ryan and his two children lined up to pay for their shopping. In front of them, there was an old woman who was trying to pay for her shopping with a card, but every time she tried, her card was rejected.

After trying again and again, it was clear that the old woman did not have enough money on the card and she felt ashamed and disappointed by this situation.
Ryan noticed the whole thing and went straight to the cashier and asked him how much the old woman’s shopping cost. She replied that she had to pay $ 44.

Without thinking, Ryan took a $ 50 bill from his wallet and handed it to the woman.
The woman was speechless and with tears in her eyes asked Ryan how he could reward her gesture. Ryan had a simple answer: “Don’t worry, have a good day.”
The whole scene was seen by another customer from the supermarket, who also took a picture and posted the whole story on a social network.

After this incident was made public, Ryan’s gesture of kindness impressed millions of people around the world who have only words of praise for the man.
Contacted by a local news station and asked why he chose to pay for that old woman’s shopping, Ryan replied simply and modestly, “I did what my parents taught me to do, to help others if I could!”

This story gives us confidence and hope in people in general. Thanks to Ryan, other people can choose to make gestures of kindness and help those in need when the opportunity arises.
