Body language expert reveals truth behind Taylor Swift’s “interesting behavior” at Super Bowl

They’re the current ‘It’ couple who have found their names in media headlines for the better part of half a year, and it seems like the lokomotiv that is Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce won’t be slowing down anytime soon.

The couple’s blossoming relationship has remained in the public eye for months now, helped in no small part by Swift’s regular appearances at NFL games to watch the Kansas City Chiefs.

This past weekend the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in dramatic fashion through an overtime victory against the San Francisco 49ers. The event gave Swift and Kelce a fairytale moment post-match, with the couple seen cuddling and kissing after the latter lifted the Lombardi Trophy.

An expert has reportedly weighed in on the couple’s shared body language, coming to the conclusion that neither Taylor nor Travis are afraid to engage in public displays of affection.

It should come as no surprise that all eyes turned to the couple after the Kansas City Chiefs secured their fourth-ever Super Bowl title on Sunday. Recent rumors had even suggested that Kelce might propose to Swift should his team prove victorious, and whilst that wasn’t on the cards, the two were seen hugging and kissing in celebration.

Kelce even performed his own rendition of Viva Las Vegas after the game, while Taylor made her way down onto the pitch alongside the football star’s mom, Donna.

After Donna had her own special moment with her son, the Chiefs tight end then turned his attention to his girlfriend, telling Swift: “Come here, baby.”

A psychology expert was on hand to analyze the body language of the pair during and after the event, coming to the conclusion that they share a “genuine relationship” with one another (contrary to existing conspiracy theories that their romance is just for show).

“I was sceptical of this relationship in the early stages, but because she is so full on now, with her emotions, I think this is a real relationship,” expert Darren Stanton explained.

“She’s being true and consistent in her emotions and feelings towards Travis. This is not a PR stunt, this is a genuine relationship.”

Not only that, but Stanton also addressed the idea that Swift appeared more comfortable showing affection in front of the world than Kelce was. The expert defended Kelce, suggesting that the tight end was simply enjoying his “moment”.

“From a non-verbal perspective, it’s as if she’s more into him, or she’s much more comfortable with public displays of affection than he is,” Stanton said.

“At the end of the day, this is his moment, this is what his career is all about. This is the most important night of his life; she should understand that as well.”

“She’s got her arms wrapped around him completely, it’s quite gushy, she appears to be quite emotional here – it’s very interesting behaviour.”
