Actor Bill Cobbs, known for his roles in *The Bodyguard*, *Night at the Museum*, and *New Jack City*, has passed away at 90. His brother, Pastor Thomas G. Cobbs, confirmed the news on Facebook, saying, “Bill died peacefully at his home in California on June 25.”

Recently celebrating his 90th birthday, Bill was surrounded by loved ones who cherished him. A devoted partner, big brother, uncle, and friend, he was beloved by many. “We are all comforted by the thought that Bill has found peace and eternal rest with his Heavenly Father,” Thomas added.

Fans paid tribute on social media, with one writing, “Mr. Bill Cobbs was a gentleman, an absolute legend, and a man of great talent.” Another said, “Thank you, Mr. Bill Cobbs, for following your dreams and sharing your gifts.”

Bill, born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1934, worked as a radar technician before pursuing acting at 36. He starred in numerous TV shows and films, including *Trading Places* and *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.*. With over 100 projects to his name, his legacy will live on in Hollywood.
