She Puts a Wet Towel on the Window Every Night, You Will do the Same After Reading This

We are approaching the hot summer period which creates real problems when it comes to sleeping at night. The smartest thing would be that every one of us has an air conditioner. However, not everyone can afford the luxury of this cooling system. With the help of these 6 simple tricks, you will sleep well and yet save money.

#1. A pillow in the fridge

It may sound a bit strange, but it works! You can wrap a plastic bag around the pillow so it doesn’t get wet and place it in your fridge for the whole day. You can place the cool pillow under your cover clothe at bed time or use it as a normal pillow.

#2. A wet towel on the window

You can reduce the room temperature with a wet or cool towel. Open up the window and put a wet towel which will work as a natural air conditioner during the hot nights.

#3. Ice cubes in front of the ventilator

If you want to cool off the room before you go to sleep, just put a plate with ice in front of the ventilator. This is very effective as well.

#4. Remove all sources of heat from the room

Remove all electronic devices that creates excessive heat from the bedroom. Especially if they are charging, since they radiate and transmit unnecessary heat which increases the room temperature.

#5. Cold bath tub for your feet

One cold bath will not just cool you off, but it will help you to easily fall asleep. Cooling off your legs leads to an automatic reaction of the organism: it will strengthen the circulation toward this body part. It will provide relaxation and a calming effect for the entire body.

#6. Wet socks

Wet socks, especially in the hot nights will refresh you. Just put the socks in the freezer and then put them on. A sweet dream and cool night awaits you!
