Husband’s Clever Text

Late one night, a husband sent a text to his wife asking her to wash his dirty clothes and prepare his favorite dish before he returned home. However, he received no reply.

Undeterred, he sent another text, this time informing his wife about an increase in his salary and his plans to buy her a new car. Astonished, his wife responded with, “OMG really?” To which the husband cleverly replied, “No, I just wanted to make sure you got my first message.”

One day, a man came home to find his wife of 10 years packing her bags. Confused, he asked, “Where are you going?” His wife confidently replied, “I’m going to Las Vegas! I found out that there are men who will pay me $500 cash to do what I do for you for free!” Surprised by her revelation, the man thought for a moment and then decided to pack his own bags. When his wife asked him what he was doing, he replied, “I’m going to Las Vegas with you… I want to see how you’re going to live on $1,000 a year!”

In a parking lot, a little old lady was patiently waiting for a space to park her car. However, a young man in his new red Mercedes zoomed past her and parked in the very spot she had been eyeing. Feeling upset, the elderly woman confronted the man and said, “I was going to park there!” The man, with a smart-aleck attitude, replied, “That’s what you can do when you’re young and bright.”

These humorous anecdotes remind us that cleverness and a quick wit can sometimes lead to unexpected outcomes.
